Now I will go into detail about how I carry out my natural penis enlargement routines. Firstly, I always do my natural penis enlargement routines in the bath. I stand up, hold the head in my right hand and stretch forwards hard for 10 seconds, the use my left thumb and some soap to apply pressure from the base to the start of the head for 10 seconds, and then back again for 10 seconds. After this exercise I do another 2 mins of downward stretching. For my jelq and hold I jelq hard and slow to the base of the head and hold for 15 seconds.
